Pool Opening:
Includes chemicals and follow up cleaning if required
- Remove & fold cover
- Initial cleaning of pool
- Priming and start up of equipment
- Adding startup chemicals
- Brushing of walls
- Hosing off deck area
Note: Pools that have not been opened for extended periods of time will be subject to an additional charge
Weekly Maintenance:
- Vacuum Pool as needed
- Empty all baskets
- Net surface
- Brush walls
- Test water
- Add necessary chemicals
- Check & service filter
Pool Closing:
- Lower water level in pool accordingly
- Drain pool filtration, Heating & Pumping equipment
- Blow out filtration lines and equipment and install winter plugs
- Remove pool sweep & store on owners property
- Add necessary winterization chemicals
Installation and removal of Winter Cover:
- Safety solid or mesh: N/C
- Water Bag: $ 50.00
- Safety Cover cable lock system: $50.00
- Dome Covers: $125.00
Winter Watch Service:
- This agreement includes 2 Winter checkup services (December/January and February/March)
- Pool water will be drained as needed plus addition of necessary chemicals
